424 Changes delayed until mid-Feb

Speed Watch postponed

The local Police team had to cancel the planned Speed Watch session in Hamstead, as they were busy enforcing the new lockdown rules. This had been announced on our Facebook page. I contacted the campaigners by phone to let them know, and the police have promised to arrange a new session.
